Inventory Fulfillment Specialist

Fineline Printing Group is hiring a full-time Inventory Fulfillment Specialist.  This position will be responsible for reading orders, picking and packing correct product and making computer entries to complete the order process. Successful candidate must be productive in a high-pressure environment and be a team player.

    • Pick and Pack/Fulfillment experience
    • Shipping and Receiving experience
    • Computer literate
    • Must be able to lift 25#
    • Must be able to be on your feet and walk continually
    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • Must have obtained a high school diploma or equivalent
    • Must be able to read and take direction in English
    • Must be able and willing to operate a variety of material handling equipment

IT Support Specialist

The IT Support Specialist is responsible for technical support and security. This position serves as a gateway to ensure Fineline Printing Group is providing clients with the most robust and streamlined technical support .

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage support tickets that relate to desktop issues for both onsite and remote end users.
    • Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot end user desktops, laptops, peripheral equipment and software.
    • Configure and install desktop phone and computer.
    • Install and manage peripheral support devices including printers, copiers and scanners.
    • Train and assist staff in hardware and software usage.
    • Manage VPN access for all remote users.
    • Identify network connectivity issues.
    • Identify and repair hardware issues.
    • Interact with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop equipment and software.
    • Update and maintain desktop hardware inventory and surplus equipment.
    • Assist in technical upgrading and maintaining of desktop systems.
    • Maintain documentation on technical support issues related to desktop support.
    • Identify issues on network, VoIP telephone and other computing equipment.
    • Participate in IT projects under IT Management direction.
    • Catalogue, inventory and document all hardware and software.

    Education and Experience

    • HS Diploma required. Some college preferred.
    • Experience with end user IT support including desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
    • Working knowledge of Windows OS (7.o to 8.X).
    • Knowledge of various software packages including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Ability to troubleshoot peripheral devices (USB, Printers, Monitors, etc.)
    • Experience helping clients navigate and connect to Microsoft products including but not limited to (Exchange, Dynamics, and Various Desktop Applications)
    • Microsoft certifications, a plus.
