Julie Callahan

Julie leads Fineline’s sales organization with a strategic, growth-focused approach to building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional client experiences. She is known for aligning sales, marketing, and operations to create scalable systems that drive revenue while strengthening long-term customer relationships.

With more than 15 years of experience across the Promotional Products, Branded Merchandise, and Printing industries, Julie brings deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, sales team development, and sales infrastructure optimization. She has a proven ability to translate strategy into measurable revenue growth while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance.

Julie holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Southern Indiana. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, making the most of summers at the lake or pool, and cheering on her favorite sports teams throughout the year. She also loves a great round of trivia and has even tried out for Jeopardy!
