Client Service Representative


As a trusted member of Fineline’s Client Service team, Shelly makes sure customer needs are 100% accurate and clear as she deals with our internal production team. Shelly’s primary mission is to take care of all client deliverables, from proofs to final products. She makes sure all work is clear, on time, and produced in the most cost effective way possible.

A customer service expert since she began in 1985, Shelly has been in the printing industry since 1991, working as a production coordinator and a commercial print buyer. Shelly has worked with local and national accounts in the areas of customer service, project management, and production control.

Shelly enjoys spending time with family and friends, singing and camping. A Deaconess at Rockland Christian Church, she is involved in mission trips within the United States and abroad.
