Enter your username and click on the “forgot password” link. An email will be sent with the link to reset your password. A shipping notification is sent when your order ships. The email contains information about your order and a tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please contact Finelink Helpdesk at 317.872.4490 ext. 334. You can also contact the Helpdesk via email at [email protected].
Cart ID errors sometimes occur when the system does not recognize that you are logged in. Please log out of your account, then log back in to place your order.
Please click the “Hints for Special Characters” link located at the top of the form in the online editor. Please be sure to use the numbers on the keypad and not the ones on the top row of your keyboard.
Click on the bag icon and select “View and Edit Cart”. This will take you to the cart page. Click the “Download Preview” link.

Shipping quote errors occur when the system has timed out. Click the refresh button on your browser. Once the page reloads, the shipping methods available will appear. If you are still receiving the error, please log out of your account and log back in to complete your order.
