Rich is responsible for strategically developing and strengthening Fineline customer relationships. He enjoys approaching each client with the goal of learning their business and becoming an integral part of their marketing and purchasing teams. He makes sure that every project he undertakes with each client is successful.
Having worked in the printing business since 1984, Rich is an expert in commercial offset printing, variable data management, and large format print production. He is particularly adept in guiding the manufacturing, non profit and agency markets.
Prior to his joining the Fineline team, Rich managed six sales representatives for a leading Midwest graphics company where he helped grow company revenues from $2 million to $18 million.
He attended Parkland College in Champaign, IL, and enjoys hiking, biking and golf, and is active in his church.
