As the Finelink 2.0 product continues to gain momentum with four new clients this quarter, Fineline has hired a new Director of Technical Solutions. Tait Sweigart comes to Fineline with over 20 years of IT experience, and is a strong leader, communicator, and customer advocate. His contributions will further develop Finelink into a highly attuned technology for users. Tait will work closely with the Finelink IT and customer success teams overseeing storefront implementations and customizations to support the delivery of the product.

Q&A with Tait:
Q: In up to three words, describe how you fit within the Fineline culture.
A: Outgoing, enthusiastic, solutions minded.
Q: What are some areas of expertise and skill sets that allow you to do your job well?
A: With over 20 years of IT experience I have been involved with everything from project management, application development, infrastructure, consulting, and business development. I believe business requirements and solutions should drive technical projects, not the other way around. Just a few of my specific skills are; strategic planning, project management, web development, networking, disaster recovery and business continuity.
Q: Describe some of your past roles and accomplishments that will help you succeed in your new role.
A: As Chief Operating Officer of Braden IT Services, an IT managed service provider, I worked closely with clients to achieve their business requirements related to technology and assist with the delivery of those solutions and support. As the IT Director at Northview Church, one of the largest and fastest growing churches in the US, I was responsible for delivery and support of all multi-site campus technology and application development. Prior to those roles, as Application Development Manager for R. W. Armstrong, I oversaw the development and migration of an enterprise class ERP and project management dashboard across 16 locations in 5 countries.
Q: Three biggest areas your new position will impact.
A: E-commerce and storefronts, warehousing and fulfillment, client integrations.
Q: Any comments on your new role?
A: I am very excited to be part of what differentiates Fineline as more than just a print services provider. It’s a great team that has achieved so much already, I hope I can continue the tradition of excellent service while building the future of Finelink!

As Director of Technical Solutions, Tait oversees the Finelink Team which provides clients with a first-in-class marketing resource portal. He is responsible for strategic planning and product development, client storefront implementations and customizations, and the support and delivery of our Finelink technology.
With over 20 years of IT experience he has been involved with everything from project management, application development, infrastructure, consulting, and business development. Tait believes business requirements and solutions should drive technical projects, not the other way around.
Tait studied communications at Hanover College and Computer Science at IUPUI. He enjoys camping, hiking and motorsports. He lives in Carmel with his wife, son and their VERY large, 25 pound cat named Harrison.
